Sack Sabin is an independent commentary site calling for new leadership at Capital Health Plan. We think the people who rely on the plan deserve to see the public record and judge the case for themselves.
What we want
New leadership at Capital Health Plan. CHP's board of directors hires and oversees the CEO. We're asking the board to begin a search for a new one.
How we work
Facts on this site come from public records, mostly CHP's own IRS filings, and each one is listed on our Receipts page. Editorials are labeled as opinion, and satire is labeled as satire. This edition makes its case from the public record.
We don't publish anything about anyone's family or private life. This is about how a community health plan is run.
Corrections
We will correct factual errors and note material changes here. Our Receipts page includes the source records and calculations so readers can check the figures themselves.
